Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry into logistics systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, transport, and sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and proactively update customers on delivery timelines and potential delays.
  • Resolve logistics-related issues, such as missing shipments, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
  • Generate reports on logistics performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics for management review.
  • Maintain organized records of all shipping documents, customer communications, and transaction histories.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export procedures is an advantage.
