Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to inquiries from overseas offices, agents, and partners regarding transshipment cargo, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customs, warehousing) to facilitate smooth transshipment processes and minimize delays.
  • Monitor shipment statuses, track cargo movements, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of transshipment activities, discrepancies, and resolutions in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve documentation or logistical issues.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on transshipment performance, challenges, and improvements.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional service by anticipating client needs and proactively addressing potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or transshipment operations.
  • Strong understanding of transshipment processes, incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software (e.g., ERP, TMS).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
