Responsibility
- Perform shift buyoffs on critical process machines to ensure all parameters are within specified control limits.
- Verify and document process parameters to maintain consistent product quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and reduce defects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Generate and maintain accurate shift reports, including production metrics and quality data.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of process control systems, machine parameters, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with team members and supervisors.
