Responsibility
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety standards
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular production reports
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product consistency and compliance
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
- Participate in new product development and process validation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with production equipment and shop-floor operations
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems and production management software is a plus
