Responsibility
- Analyze current warehouse and logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce operational costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation of automation and technology solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor staff on new processes, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, warehouse operations, or logistics management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
