Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction and installation activities for auxiliary systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and risk assessments.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all installations and constructions adhere to design specifications and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, changes, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and auxiliary systems.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali, with flexibility to travel to project locations as needed.
- Prior experience in site engineering or project coordination is a plus.
