Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of precision moulds and components using CAD/CAM software.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze technical drawings and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to moulding processes, equipment, or materials.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to verify product precision and consistency.
- Document technical data, test results, and process improvements for internal reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in precision engineering.
- Support cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and refining new product designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in precision engineering, moulding, or a similar manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or NX) and familiarity with CNC machining.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
