Responsibility
- Lead and mentor the Test Equipment Engineering team to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Oversee calibration, repair, and upgrade projects for test equipment to meet industry standards.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance activities.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support for specialized equipment services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test equipment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance strategies, equipment diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and maintenance management software.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
