Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for capacitor production to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and deploy automation solutions, including PLC programming, robotic systems, and SCADA, to streamline production workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze power quality parameters (e.g., voltage stability, harmonic distortion) to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process failures and lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of automation equipment and power quality monitoring systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and automation system manuals.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes, automation tools, and power quality best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, automation, or power quality within manufacturing (preferably electrical components or capacitors).
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA systems, and industrial automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of power quality analysis, harmonic mitigation, and electrical testing standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen) and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab, Python).
  • Familiarity with capacitor manufacturing processes and materials is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
