In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring precise land measurements, boundary delineations, and topographic surveys to support our agricultural and infrastructure projects. Responsibility
- Conduct geodetic surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys, using advanced tools like GPS, total stations, and drones.
- Prepare and analyze survey data, maps, plots, and legal descriptions for land development and property delineation.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate land measurements align with design and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases and GIS systems to support decision-making for agricultural and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards, including permits and legal documentation.
- Provide technical expertise in land subdivision, consolidation, and zoning for optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor and report on land use changes, environmental impact, and sustainability metrics.
- Train and supervise survey teams on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field; licensed or eligible for licensure is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in agricultural, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS) and GPS/GNSS tools.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, property boundaries, and geospatial analysis in Indonesia or the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel to project sites as needed.
- Familiarity with drone surveying and LiDAR technology is an advantage.
