Responsibility
- Oversee and manage technical submissions, including drawings, specifications, and compliance documents for residential projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure regulatory adherence and project approvals.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to maintain quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflows.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving measures and innovative solutions without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in residential construction.
- Proven track record in managing technical submissions, site operations, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar tools for project planning and documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
