Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the mall.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and emergency repairs.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with mall management to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all building systems operate at peak performance to support tenant and visitor satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (REME/REE).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mall, retail, or property management industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
