Responsibility
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of plastic injection and sheet metal parts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Document and report quality issues, proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control measures.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and non-conformities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results.
- Assist in the development and improvement of quality control processes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior QA staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in metal or plastic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.
