Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day engineering operations of the GMP compounding hub, ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain cleanroom systems, including HVAC, filtration, and environmental controls, to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical equipment.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure all engineering activities comply with local and international standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, PIC/S).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cleanroom infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, and compliance reports, for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in GMP engineering to drive innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering operations, preferably in a GMP, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
- Proven expertise in cleanroom systems, including HVAC, filtration, and environmental monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, PIC/S, ISO).
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
