Responsibility
- Coordinate engineering-related matters between design teams, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and review electrical schematics, layouts, and technical specifications for compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical support to project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials and components while optimizing costs.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local regulations).
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
