Responsibility
- Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of AI and automation solutions to streamline business processes.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities across departments to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement RPA bots, AI models, and workflow automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Monitor, optimize, and scale automation initiatives to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance.
- Mentor and train teams on automation best practices and emerging AI technologies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to drive continuous innovation.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI, RPA, or business process automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other scripting languages for automation and data processing.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow design, and system integration.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end automation projects, from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
- Certifications in AI, RPA, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus.
