Responsibility
- Assist the Service Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing outdoor service operations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of field technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain outdoor equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Liaise with clients to address service requests, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and industry regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on service performance, equipment status, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outdoor service management, pest control, or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for outdoor equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
