Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, alignment, and testing of mechanical systems, including supports, hangers, and vibration isolators, to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks or deviations from design specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Develop and review technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems during and after installation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., P.E. license) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on mechanical or structural systems.
- Proven expertise in designing and installing supports, hangers, and vibration control systems for industrial or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
