Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil and structural engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports for accuracy and feasibility.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Perform structural analysis and design for various construction materials, including concrete, steel, and timber.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, preferably in a main contractor setting.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as required.
