Responsibility
- Develop, debug, and optimize ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal semiconductor products using industry-standard platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, LTX-Credence).
- Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to define test specifications, coverage, and limits for new and existing products.
- Perform data analysis to identify yield detractors, root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.
- Conduct characterization and validation testing to ensure products meet performance, power, and timing specifications.
- Automate test processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce test time, and minimize costs.
- Document test methodologies, procedures, and reports in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, JEDEC).
- Support failure analysis (FA) and work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with emerging semiconductor test technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with a focus on ATE program development.
- Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne UltraFLEX, J750, Advantest T2000, LTX-Credence Diamond).
- Strong knowledge of Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal testing methodologies, including DC/AC parametric, functional, and high-speed digital tests.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or LabVIEW for test script development.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel, SQL) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex test failures.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with global teams.
