As a Process Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of work instructions, process documentation, and quality control frameworks such as Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PMP (Production Part Approval Process), and OCAP (Operational Control and Assurance Plans). Your expertise will directly impact product consistency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product assembly and manufacturing processes.
- Design and optimize Process Flow Diagrams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
- Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential risks, implement mitigations, and ensure robust process controls.
- Oversee PMP (Production Part Approval Process) to validate new or modified products before mass production.
- Implement and monitor OCAP (Operational Control and Assurance Plans) to maintain compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Production) to resolve process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and process capability studies to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance within a high-volume production environment.
- Proven expertise in PFMEA, PMP, OCAP, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Strong knowledge of process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Minitab, or similar) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
