Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of rail and train infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for rail projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for project approvals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the project team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rail or transportation engineering.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of rail systems, signaling, and track design.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
