Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and components in compliance with local and international standards
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role
- Valid electrical license/certification recognized in Indonesia
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, transformers, and control panels
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation is highly desirable
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, IEC, or equivalent) and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work on-site across various locations in Bali
