Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial, commercial, or automation projects.
- Oversee the integration of control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and other instrumentation technologies to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems to meet project specifications.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, mechanical engineers, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure all systems adhere to local and international safety standards, including ISO, IEC, and industry-specific regulations.
- Identify and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing and commissioning PLC, SCADA, DCS, and other industrial control systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (IEC, NEMA, NFPA), and safety protocols.
- Experience with AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design and simulation software.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia or already based in the region.
