Responsibility
- Lead and conduct comprehensive site inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving complex engineering issues and optimizing project performance.
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and implement technical strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential technical and operational challenges.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, documentation, and project updates to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a proven track record in project management and site inspections.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
