Responsibility
- Conduct technical assessments and on-site evaluations of industrial and commercial equipment to determine lubrication requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present customized lubrication solutions for clients in Bali’s industrial, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify lubrication-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper lubrication practices, product selection, and maintenance schedules.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lubrication programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in lubrication technology and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lubrication engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of lubrication principles, equipment maintenance, and industrial applications.
- Experience with lubrication analysis tools, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for client visits and on-site assessments.
- Certifications in lubrication (e.g., MLT, MLA) or condition monitoring are highly desirable.
