Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with electrical and structural components.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to guide project decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to address technical challenges and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy-efficient mechanical systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian engineering regulations and standards is highly desirable.
