As part of our dynamic team, you will oversee the installation of piling, mounting structures, PV panels, cabling (DC, LV & MV), transformers, and SCADA systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines. Your expertise will drive the technical and operational success of solar energy projects up to 33kV, making a tangible impact on Indonesia’s renewable energy landscape.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end project cycle for solar farm development, from site office setup to commissioning.
- Oversee the installation of piling, mounting structures, and PV panels to ensure structural integrity and efficiency.
- Manage DC, LV, and MV cabling systems, including layout design, routing, and testing for optimal performance.
- Coordinate the installation and testing of transformers and SCADA systems up to 33kV.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all electrical and mechanical works.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil, electrical, and project management, to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar farm construction, electrical installations, or renewable energy projects.
- Proven expertise in MV/LV electrical systems, transformers, and SCADA integration.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, mounting structures, and cabling best practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical codes and safety regulations (PLN, PU standards).
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar design/analysis software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and other regions as required.
