Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with company values.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to maintain adequate supplies.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.
- Train new hires and conduct regular team briefings to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurants, or hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish) are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
