Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with company values.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.
  • Train new hires and conduct regular team briefings to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory role within hospitality, restaurants, or hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Spanish) are a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
