Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Coordinate with servers, baristas, and cleaning staff to ensure smooth café operations and timely service.
  • Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing daily transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including restocking brochures and promotional materials.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support administrative tasks such as tracking inventory, updating guest records, and preparing daily reports.
  • Promote café specials, events, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., receptionist, host/hostess, or hospitality).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in multitasking environments.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace).
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by café hours.
  • Knowledge of café operations, food safety standards, or cash handling is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
