Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of production and logistics staff during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and output to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols, quality control standards, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, maintenance, HR) to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and work areas to maintain optimal conditions.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including productivity metrics, incidents, and resource utilization.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a high-performing team.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, MS Office, and other operational software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
