Responsibility
- Conduct daily OSH inspections and audits in the poultry processing plant to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and review safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide OSH training and awareness programs for employees to promote a safety-first culture.
- Monitor and maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure adherence to OSH standards and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with local and international OSH regulations and best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend control measures to minimize workplace hazards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in OSH, preferably in manufacturing or food processing industries.
- Certification in OSH (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international OSH regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
