Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage a team of local and foreign workers, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
