Responsibility
- Support tender pricing processes by analyzing market trends and supplier quotes.
- Source and procure materials, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain strong business relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate import/export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth customs clearance.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize procurement expenses without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
