Responsibility
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product standards.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance and key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
