Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to meet company quality and cost standards.
- Process purchase orders, requests, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Track and report on procurement KPIs, including lead times, cost savings, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure alignment on budgets and delivery schedules.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues with suppliers and internal stakeholders proactively.
- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and cost-effective materials to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
