Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and stocking materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or inventory lists.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules as required.
