Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and cycle checks.
- Organize and label warehouse items to ensure easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload trucks and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse premises.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer skills.
