Responsibility
- Perform precise assembly of mechanical and electrical components according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet industry and company standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly tools, machinery, and equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Follow and uphold 5S workplace organization standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement process improvements.
- Document production activities, including assembly steps, quality inspections, and any deviations or non-conformities.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new assembly techniques, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles and 5S methodology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
