Responsibility
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform routine quality checks on packaged products to maintain compliance with Carlsbergâs standards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report any hazards or non-compliance issues immediately.
- Support preventive maintenance tasks and minor troubleshooting of packaging equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.
- Document production data, including output metrics, defects, and efficiency reports.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of packaging systems and processes.
- Assist in inventory management of packaging materials (e.g., bottles, labels, cartons).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment (internships count!).
- Basic understanding of packaging machinery, quality control, or lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for data tracking).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
