Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to clients.
- Monitor compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
