Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource allocation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align materials, labor, and equipment availability with production demands.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all production planning activities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize orders and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines.
- Prepare and present production reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to management for strategic decision-making.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
