Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the restaurant team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests receive a memorable dining experience.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and improve performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
