Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and hygiene to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure cash handling, sales reporting, and shift closing procedures are accurate and timely.
- Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the fast-food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
