Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to maintain stock availability.
- Conduct shift briefings, training sessions, and team meetings to align staff with operational goals.
- Generate shift reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to management.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and facility maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or food service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and shift reporting tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (preferred).
