Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, supplies, and equipment, to support seamless operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.
- Handle cash management, including opening/closing procedures, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and operational best practices.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
