Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift supervision.
- Shadow and support department heads (e.g., Kitchen, Front of House, Inventory) to understand cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in inventory management, including stock takes, supplier coordination, and cost control initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and recommend operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulatory standards.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Passion for the F&B industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
- Leadership potential with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to assigned Bali locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
