Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training, motivating, and leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure optimal stock.
- Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and local community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and local health regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
