Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, promotions, and services to offer accurate and valuable information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, presentation, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a concierge, guest services, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment options in Bali.
- A proactive and guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
