Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met or escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions using property management systems (PMS).
- Assist in upselling rooms, amenities, and services to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and end-of-shift reconciliations with precision and integrity.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide guests with relevant recommendations and enhance their stay.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office, guest services, or hospitality role (prior experience in hotels, resorts, or wellness centers is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
